Training steady every day, I have been able to start to feel some real differences in my body.  I have a great new trainer, and a regiment that is testing my joints and my core, while paying attention to my knee, as well as taking the upcoming climb of Mount Everest into consideration.

Set to take a couple weeks in Krabi, Thailand, I have been remembering past travel experiences around the world, and all the untold stories i have captured on video.  Ryan has even reminded me of all the cool video we shot while we were together on the road in china.  So much to do, so many stories untold and so little time.

Some great videos I related to in the podcast today, gave me cause to publish some videos that have been gathering some dust.

First, I mentioned my Reef Tank in the beginning of the episode.  Here is the first of my video series, if you were interested.  I love the hobby and the videos after this one show more of the beauty inside the tank.

Ryan and I had a great time on the road.  Here is a uncut video of one of our last downhills.

One of my first Chinese New Years… these fireworks went on steady for the next few days….. NON STOP!

A clip from 2012.  the “virility” drink Ryan and I drank in Indonesia… It was Crocodile tail… that was the last ingredient I mentioned in the Podcast.  So many amazing clips on this trip… I wish i could show them all!
